• Early arrivals & late check-outs are subject to availability with additional charges

• Mandatory to present an approved government ID at the time of check-in

• Local IDs are not allowed for check-in as per the hotel policy

 

Cancellation

• Full refund on cancellation before 48 hours for individual bookings

• No-show will attract full retention charges​

• Group cancellation (4 rooms and more) 45 days before arrival for a full refund

• 15% retention charged if cancelled 30-45 days

• No refund if cancelled less than 30 days before arrival

Payment Policy

• Payment is required for confirmed bookings, or bookings will be on tentative hold

• Group Booking: Minimum 70% advance of the total amount (room booked)

• Individual Booking: 100% payment at the time of booking or before check-in
