Sohmer Gautam is a Yoga Alliance certified teacher.  Wanting to expand her yoga practice as a student, she completed her first teacher training in the United States with Vital Yoga in Denver, Colorado.  After years of teaching, she continued her training in Kerala, specializing in yoga therapy and ayurvedic practices.  Sohmer bridges the traditional yoga she has been exposed to in India with the alignment and anatomy based yoga teachings of her experience in the West.  Her Power Flow style is challenging, yet approachable for all levels of students.  The Restorative/Yin class she leads is a special treat for students to take time to go deeper in their practice and learn more about what each pose can teach them.
